A few words from the Designer, Miltos Epithimiadis
“Although the idea of a Vegan hotel is innovative for both the island and Greece, we did not limit ourselves in terms of aesthetics & design. We used raw materials that fully respect the environment and our vegan philosophy. We were inspired by the harmony of natural shapes and vegetation and let the simple but imposing beauty of the natural landscape determine our architectural and decorative choices.
The 14 rooms of the hotel are all different from each other, but they serve the same ideal, offering our guests a sense of continuous flow, harmony, and deep relaxation. We wanted our guests to see the hotel as a peaceful natural continuation of the island iconic landscape, but at the same time to enjoy its discreet luxury provided in its facilities. The hotel also has architectural and stylistic influences from the ’50s and’ 70s but adapted to contemporary design requirements.”
